Who is this event for?

This experience is designed for Christian CEOs, business owners, and senior leaders who want to move beyond performance-based leadership into a deeper, trust-based influence that transforms leaders, teams, and cultures from the inside out.

What can I expect during the two days?

Each day combines guided dialogue, practical frameworks, and reflective sessions led by Bill Thrall, Scott Boyd, and Waldemar Kohl. You’ll engage in meaningful discussions, explore leadership identity, and learn how trust and authenticity shape lasting influence.

In addition to the guided sessions, you’ll have time to enjoy the setting, whether that’s playing a round of golf with other participants, walking the grounds, or simply resting by the pool. These unhurried moments are intentional opportunities to reflect, build connection, and allow what you’re learning to settle deeply.

How is this different from other leadership seminars?

Unlike traditional leadership programs focused on behavior or performance metrics, this intensive centers on who you are as a leader, aligning identity, faith, and influence. It’s deeply personal, relational, and rooted in grace, and intentionally designed for a small group of leaders.

What are the event times?

The two-day Intensive begins at 5 p.m. on Day 1 and concludes by 11 a.m. on Day 3. Each day includes scheduled breaks, meals, and dedicated time for personal reflection.

What’s included in my registration?

Your registration covers all teaching sessions, materials, hosted group meals, lodging and golf, along with access to resort activities that provide space for rest, reflection, and connection. Travel to and from the resort is not included.

Can I bring a colleague or spouse?

Yes many participants attend with a trusted colleague or spouse to experience the journey together. Each participant must register individually. This event is meant for Christian CEOs, business owners, and senior executives. If your spouse is involved in running your business s/he is welcome to attend the leadership sessions.
